A medium/standard weight cotton fabric also known as Quilting Cotton.
It can be used for quilting, clothes and all manner of home accessories from cushions to bags. Just keep in mind for clothes that it drapes a bit more stiffly than a thinner clothes cotton and can need to be ironed a bit more.
